Refunds & Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase please call us on Free Call 1800 550 000 so we can assist with any issues.
Please inspect your goods within 7 days of receiving your order. Sure Gro Tree Max will honor an exchange of product providing the customer pays for the return and delivery of goods.
Keep your proof of purchase—e.g. your receipt or invoice. It is the customer’s responsibility to retain and produce proof of purchase.
Sure Gro Tree Max Australia will only offer refunds for goods that are deemed damaged or unfit for their intended use. This is defined as faulty through no fault of your own, has defects that were not obvious, or is not fit for a stated purpose, or does not match the sample or description. Sure Gro Tree Max Australia will not offer refunds for goods that have been installed incorrectly.
For account customers, please notify your allocated account manager for any issues pertaining to your order. Sure Gro Tree Max accepts no responsibility for the improper storage of stock. Any stock that is deemed acceptable for a refund must be in its original packaging and be in the same condition as when purchased from Sure Gro Tree Max Australia.
Please note: We are not obliged to provide a refund for a ‘change of mind’ purchase.
Your product may be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, depending on the item. Contact us with your proof of purchase and product name and we’ll direct you to our manufacturer’s contact. Any rights under a manufacturer’s warranty are in addition to your statutory rights and other rights outlined in this policy.
